Dave was born in Philadelphia, PA, and has been a "converted Yankee" for over 25 years now. Upon graduating from Mansfield State University in northern PA, his professional career started in Houston, TX, with relocations to Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA, Richmond, VA, with his "next to the last move" coming in 1987 to Knoxville, TN. It was then that Dave got introduced to his beautiful wife, Charlotte, now Vice President of Highland Federal Savings and Loan (Through a blind date of all things - Ask him, he loves to tell the story). A year and a half later, they were married and the greatest of all moves - to Crossville, TN - took him to our wonderful part of the world. They have two boys spanned 13 years apart, live on beautiful Lake Holiday where they enjoy swimming and boating every chance they can, and enjoy life and all the Plateau has to offer the rest of the time.
